Job summary
Pleasant Valley Nursing and Rehab Center in New Hampshire is seeking a Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our clinical team on a unit and participate on an interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality care for residents. Required: current LPN or RN license, CPR, strong English communication, detail-oriented, able to stand/walk several hours
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN license from the state.
- Current/active CPR certification.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Act in a supervisory role to the clinical staff on the unit.
- Facilitate resolution of care-related issues with families.
- Ensure assessments, documentation and care plans are completed accurately and timely.
- Support infection control and participate in quality initiatives.
