Job summary

Harborview Thomaston is seeking a Unit Manager - RN/LPN to supervise medication delivery and care teams in a skilled nursing setting. You will perform resident assessments and coordinate care with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and staff.

Active RN/LPN license in good standing is required; prior long-term care experience is preferred. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.

What You Must Have
