Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Florida seeks an RN/LPN Supervisor to manage a subacute unit on the day shift. You will supervise medications and treatments with RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides as applicable.

You will perform admissions and routine resident assessments, monitor conditions, ensure safety and continuity of care, support activities of daily living, and maintain clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
