Harborview Health Systems in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager - RN/LPN to lead clinical operations in a skilled nursing setting. You will supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides, ensuring safe, compassionate resident care.

This role emphasizes accurate admissions, ongoing resident assessments, timely documentation, and clear communication with the inter-disciplinary team and families, while upholding infection control standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN/LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments with RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
