Tallwoods Care Center is hiring a Unit Manager (RN) to lead the SAR unit and oversee patient-centered care. The role involves coordinating admissions/discharges and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license with prior Unit Manager experience in subacute or rehab settings, plus strong leadership and communication skills. This on-site position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.
