Job summary

Tallwoods Care Center is hiring a SAR Unit Manager (RN) to lead the unit, supervise clinical staff, and ensure delivery of person-centered care for residents. The role requires an active NJ RN license and experience in rehab settings.

You will coordinate admissions and discharges, monitor documentation and medication administration, and mentor the team while engaging families and partners to support optimal recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Experience in subacute/rehab or similar setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities
