Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead the SAR unit and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care for residents. Qualified candidates hold an active NJ RN license with subacute/rehab experience and demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care planning with teams.
• Monitor documentation, medications, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to staff.

SAR Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery
