Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey required.
• Previous subacute/rehab or similar setting experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure person-centered SAR care.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and care planning with teams.
• Monitor documentation, medications, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to staff.
• Communicate with families and partners to support recovery.
