Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring a SAR Unit Manager (RN) to lead the short-term rehabilitation unit and oversee the delivery of person-centered care. This role requires an active RN license in New Jersey and experience in subacute/rehab settings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support recovery.
