Tallwoods Care Center in Bayville, NJ is hiring a Unit Manager (RN) to lead the SAR unit and ensure person-centered care. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate admissions and care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, prior unit-manager experience in subacute/rehab, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey (required).
• Previous experience as Unit Manager in subacute/rehab or similar setting required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and ensure delivery of person-centered care on the SAR unit
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient care planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical documentation, medication administration, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide staff coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
• Communicate effectively with families, providers, and rehab partners to support optimal recovery
