Job summary

Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing is seeking an Evening Shift Unit Manager (RN) to lead the evening team and ensure exceptional care for short-term and long-term residents. You will oversee patient charts, medications, and staff scheduling while maintaining regulatory standards and a homelike environment.

As a vital part of our nursing team, you will collaborate with the morning shift and drive coaching, training, and policy development to continually improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.

About the Role:

Must be an RN experienced with Vents. As the Evening Shift Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, focusing on quality patient care, staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will provide leadership and guidance to our evening shift team members, ensuring seamless transitions during shift changes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing patient charts, medication administration, and staff scheduling.
