Responsibilities

• Oversee the evening shift team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient charts, medication administration, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the Morning Shift Unit Manager to ensure seamless transitions during shift changes.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members.
