Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as RN Unit Manager. You will lead with a focus on resident care, collaborate with leadership, and support growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities include maintaining residents' health, acting as the main liaison between residents and families, and proactively addressing concerns. Requirements: ASN or PN diploma and an active RN/LPN license in the state; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or PN diploma and active RN/LPN license in the state of practice.
• 1+ year nursing experience required, long-term care or sub-acute care preferred.

Qualifications For An RN Unit Manager

• Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
