Job summary

Valley View Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead day-to-day resident care on the unit, supervise nursing staff, and uphold quality care in a regulated setting.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team, you will ensure regulatory compliance, accuracy of orders, and effective communication with residents and families.

This role offers full-time hours in Huntsville, AL with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Long-term care or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and utilize clinical data effectively.
• Ability to coordinate care with interdisciplinary departments.

Responsibilities

Position Overview
