Job summary

Eagle Pointe Skilled Nursing is seeking an Evening Shift Unit Manager (RN) to lead the evening team and ensure exceptional care for short-term and long-term residents. You will oversee patient charts, medications, and staff scheduling while maintaining regulatory standards and a homelike environment.

As a vital part of our nursing team, you will collaborate with the morning shift and drive coaching, training, and policy development to continually improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• RN with vent experience required.
• Experience leading evening shift team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the evening shift team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage patient charts, medications, and staffing for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the Morning Shift Unit Manager for seamless shift changes.
• Develop and implement policies to promote quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and open communication.
