About the Role:

As a seasoned RN with experience in Vents, you will oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, focusing on quality patient care, staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will provide leadership and guidance to our evening shift team members, ensuring seamless transitions during shift changes.
