Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents.
• Be accountable for performance and compliance of a downline of agents.
• Lead onboarding and development of licensed agents; facilitate licensing training.
• Assist with recruiting efforts as assigned by branch.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite branch.
• Participate in management team meetings and support branch goals.
