Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents to meet production targets.
• Oversee a downline of agents and ensure performance and policy compliance.
• Lead onboarding and licensing training for new agents and conduct joint field training.
• Support recruiting efforts and assist in developing additional trainers within branch.
• Participate in management meetings and help the Branch Sales Office reach its goals.
