Responsibilities

• Train and mentor agents.
• Responsible for a downline of agents and accountability for performance and compliance to policies and procedures.
• Lead onboarding and development of licensed agents; facilitate licensing training for others.
• Conduct on-the-job training through joint field work with new agents, including appointment sharing and commission splits.
• Develop additional Unit Field Trainers within branch/satellite branch.
• Participate in management team meetings to support branch goals.
