CNO Financial Group, Inc. is looking for a Unit Field Trainer to lead onboarding and on-the-job training for our sales agents within the Branch Sales Office in Rhode Island.

You will recruit, develop and mentor a downline of agents while maintaining personal production standards and ensuring compliance with policies. Key responsibilities include training agents, supporting licensing training, conducting joint field work, and participating in branch management meetings to help the team achieve

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Certifications/Licenses: Life & Health license.
• Related Work Experience: 5 years related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Train and mentor agents.
• Responsible for a downline of agents and accountable for their performance and compliance to policies and procedures; provides day-to-day guidance and mentoring to develop agents.
• Instrumental in onboarding and development of licensed agents; facilitates licensing training for other agents; conducts on-the-job training with joint field work.
• Accountable for developing additional Unit Field Trainers within branch or satellite branch; participates in management team meetings to support branch goals.
