Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and general office duties.
• Serve as primary point of contact for callers and visitors, answering inquiries and directing messages.
• Assist with daily/weekly reporting, meeting arrangements, and summarizing action items.
• Order office supplies and manage calendar, travel arrangements, and expense processing.
