Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Unit Clerical at Emory & Henry College to provide accurate, friendly service while processing transactions and supporting the operation with clerical and administrative tasks.

You'll serve as a key information resource, maintain office records, and assist with reporting, scheduling, and supplies. A high school diploma and at least one year of administrative experience are required; shifts vary and full-time employment is offered with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1 or more years of previous administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, scheduling).
• Serve as primary contact for callers and visitors, provide information.
• Assist with daily/weekly reporting, meeting arrangements, and summarizing actions.
• Order office supplies; manage calendar, travel, and expense processing.
• Significant walking or mobility required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods; up to 8+ hours.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and adapt to account needs.
