Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Service of Process procedures and legal requirements.
• Proficiency with PCS systems: OPTIC, Geotab, ActSoft WF Manager.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and train staff.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and approve Service of Process requests for multiple boroughs.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors across five boroughs.
• Ensure timely return of affidavits and manage ~100 monthly requests.
• Supervise staff to meet tight deadlines for expedited cases.
