Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the Hayward facility. You will manage a team of warehouse associates, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain inventory control while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• 1+ years leading and supervising a team of 15-20 associates.
• Knowledge of inventory management and material handling equipment.
• Experience with warehouse management software (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates warehouse activities: receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping for the shift.
• Leads a team of 15-25 associates, including hiring, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Ensures accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence for trucks and trailers.
• Maintains FIFO procedures for stock rotation and proper stocking of received goods.
• Upholds safety protocols and company health and safety programs.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes WMS to maximize productivity and analyzes performance for improvements.
• Manages building security and post-shift alarms as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
