Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. You will manage inventory, optimize layout, supervise 50+ associates, and drive safety and efficiency to meet customer demands.

You will collaborate with transportation, procurement, and customer service to ensure stock accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
• 4-6 years warehouse leadership/supervisory experience with in-depth knowledge of all warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Identify process improvements to maximize productivity, efficiency, accuracy and reduce cost.
• Lead a team of 50+ associates and supervisors, including staffing, training and performance management.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to ensure efficient loading/unloading and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement on low stock, seasonality, returns and promotions.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain equipment and facilities in good condition.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement and customer service to meet customer requirements.
