Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services in Minneapolis, MN seeks an experienced Union Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and mid-level union/bargaining unit positions, partnering with hiring managers and Labor Relations to attract diverse talent and deliver a strong candidate experience.

You will develop talent pipelines, manage sourcing through offers, and contribute to continuous improvement within Talent Acquisition, ensuring recruiting practices align with collective bargaining

Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting for hourly, operations, skilled trades, or unionized workforces.
Strong partnership and consultation skills with hiring leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level union/bargaining positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and offer processes.
Ensure recruiting practices align with collective bargaining agreements and organizational policies.
