Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an experienced Union Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for entry-level and mid-level union/bargaining positions in Minneapolis, MN. You will partner with hiring managers and Labor Relations to build pipelines, source candidates, and drive diversity-focused recruiting initiatives.

You will manage the end-to-end process, coordinate interviews and offers, and ensure a positive candidate and hiring-team experience while aligning with collective

Competenze

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, operations, skilled trades, or unionized workforces.
• Strong partnership and consultation skills with hiring leaders and stakeholders.
