Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience with union experience preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, and union payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Process weekly union payroll accurately for the National division.
• Ensure compliance with CBAs, wage rates, deductions, and other union provisions.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and reporting.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Labor Relations to resolve payroll issues.
