Job summary

JE Dunn is looking for a Labor Foreman 2 (Union) to support onsite construction activities, coordinate crew tasks and ensure safe, efficient progress on projects. This role involves hands-on work, supervision of a crew, and collaboration with trades to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has strong safety awareness, reliable communication, and the ability to manage labor resources, scheduling, and materials.

Qualifications

• 3+ years commercial construction experience.
• 2+ years field supervision experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May require periods of travel and non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Works with tools to complete assigned tasks on a project.
• Leads crew production, tracks labor hours and timecards.
• Coordinates delivery of supplies to site and coordinates other trades.
• Maintains safety programs, supports quality assurance and Lean practices.
• Documents activities, crew sizes and communicates with suppliers.
