Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in commercial construction is preferred.
• 2+ years of field supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew on site and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate safety and productivity to meet project goals.
• Read plans and shop drawings and communicate requirements to crew.
• Track labor hours and submit timecards accurately.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities on site.
