Greystar seeks a maintenance professional to keep interior and exterior community spaces up to standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will handle work orders from residents, perform preventative maintenance, and manage the make-ready process for new move-ins.

Aufgaben

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and repairing per policy and safety standards.
• Oversees and completes make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Maintains standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings, and common areas to reflect Greystar quality.
• Periodically inspects work by team members to ensure adherence to policies and quality.
• Inspects work by contractors/vendors to verify materials and services meet standards and specs.
• Keeps inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials; coordinates with Manager on budgets.
• Performs monthly preventative maintenance as outlined in manuals.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible and using tools efficiently.
• Conducts safety meetings and stays current with OSHA and related safety laws.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns with urgency and respect.
• Assists Community Manager in developing budget for regular repairs and capital expenditures.
