Job summary

Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. (BVCI) is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to mobilize to the Newnan, GA site for the project duration.

The role involves interfacing with direct hire supervision and major subcontractor supervision to ensure safety, quality, schedule and performance expectations are met on a conventional power generation project. Preference is given to candidates with union project experience and knowledge of Local Union agreements.

Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Manager to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule policies.
• Monitor CPM schedule and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with craft/subcontractors and supervision to resolve issues and maintain productivity.
• Mentor and train subordinate superintendents; support risk and change management.
