Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Construction Management or Engineering degree.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Construction Manager to ensure adherence to safety, quality, ethics, and performance standards across site supervision and craft teams.
• Monitor CPM schedule and report on progress and completion of activities.
• Coordinate with craft/subcontractors and subcontractors to resolve issues related to drawings, schedule, quality, quantity, costs, and safety.
• Monitor discipline productivity, progress, and costs; take actions to meet targets.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and lessons learned; share lessons for future improvements.
• Lead foreman/subcontractor meetings and develop 3 Week Look Ahead schedules.
