Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License.
• OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and performance standards are met on site.
• Coordinate with craft, subcontractors and supervision to maintain progress and productivity.
• Develop and monitor the 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule and ensure resources are available.
