Job summary

Experience with union management and conventional power projects is strongly preferred. The role requires leadership, risk management, and effective client interface throughout project duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience.
• 14+ years construction supervisory experience required, with at least 3 years of previous construction manager experience.
• OSHA Training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates construction on site to align with CPM schedule and project execution plan.
• Supervises on-site subcontractors, leads meetings, and tracks schedule, cost, and safety performance.
• Manages budget, change orders, material reviews, and client interface with the Project Field Manager.
