Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a Georgia project, with mobilization to the site. The role oversees direct hires and subcontractors, ensures safety, quality, and schedule performance, and coordinates with union personnel on union projects.

Strong leadership and field engineering experience are required. Preferred candidates hold a Construction Management or Engineering degree and OSHA 10 certification; 11+ years of superintendent or CM experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR).
• OSHA 10 certification and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with union and non-union crews to meet schedule, safety, and quality goals.
• Monitor CPM schedule, track progress, and report on productivity and costs.
• Provide technical direction to direct hire and subcontractor teams; ensure compliance with standards.
