Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred, or relevant field experience.
• 14+ years construction supervisory experience required, with at least 3 years of previous construction manager experience.
• OSHA Training.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records) may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all on-site subcontractor activities to align with the CPM schedule and project plan.
• Supervise and mentor superintendents; monitor safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Manage project budget and schedule; implement subcontractor recovery plans and hand over start-up packages.
• Lead weekly coordination and subcontractor meetings; maintain client relations and reporting.
• Ensure proper equipment, materials, and change management documentation are handled.
