Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Superintendent or Construction Manager on equivalent projects.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CPM schedule, track completion of project schedule activities and related reporting.
• Coordinate with craft/subcontractors/superintendents to resolve drawings, information, schedule, quality, quantity tracking, cost reporting and safety issues.
• Mentor and train other discipline superintendents and ensure safety, quality and performance standards are met.
• Develop and monitor 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule for assigned work scope and progress.
• Ensure adherence to union agreements and local union requirements and maintain effective union relations.
