Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking a front-of-store security associate to deter loss, wear a Body Worn Camera, and support store teams while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The role involves standing at the front of the store, responding to customer needs, and coordinating with store management and LP to protect brand integrity and safety. Training will cover emergency response and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and manage a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and provide courteous assistance.
• Refer customers to management or customer service as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
