Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline Loss Prevention associate at our Charlottesville, VA location. The role emphasizes visual deterrence, safety, and customer service, including wearing a Body Worn Camera and maintaining a visible front-of-store presence.

You will support store management and loss prevention, greet customers, and report suspicious activity. Strong communication and the ability to stand for long periods are essential.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years retail or security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Sound decision making ability.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Wear a Company-approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers with courtesy and respect.
• Refer customers to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a member of management.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
