Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a focus in fashion or related area.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Currently enrolled with at least one semester or quarter remaining.
• Junior or higher academic standing at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Conduct uniform fittings to ensure proper fit, appearance, and adherence to uniform policies.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries about uniform questions and assist with resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air uniform policies for guidance to employees.
• Provide input on opportunities for policy or procedure improvements.
