Qualifications

• Experience deploying Windows 11 in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory users, groups, and computer objects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device deployment and management.
• Hands-on, desk-side and remote end-user support experience.

Responsibilities

• Support phased deployment, onboarding users in merged environment.
• Upgrade machines to Windows 11 Pre-provision and configure devices via Autopilot.
• Enroll and support mobile devices (iOS/Android) with Intune.
• Provide hands-on and remote support during onboarding and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, access, OS upgrades, and app compatibility.
