Horizontal Talent is seeking a Desktop Deployment Technician to support Windows 11 25H2 rollout in Hanover, MD. You will image and configure devices, assist with scheduling and readiness, back up data, and ensure end-user systems run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have SCCM, AD, Intune, and Office knowledge, strong troubleshooting, good communication, and a U.S. citizenship with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SCCM, AD, Intune and Office Suite is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required and a valid driver’s license is necessary.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in a fast-paced deployment project.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, image, configure, and maintain desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
• Support employees with scheduling, device setup, and readiness during deployment.
• Back up user data and ensure information is preserved before device changes.
• Assist with network connectivity setup, testing, and troubleshooting for local systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized IT workspace.
• Support additional tasks to help the team meet project goals.
