Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for Unified Communication services.
• Manage and support Video Teleconferences and VoIP systems.
• Troubleshoot UC&C issues and assist engineering with projects.

Skills

Technical knowledge of VoIP / PBX telephony systems

Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Familiarity with IM systems like Cisco Jabber

Troubleshooting common UC&C issues

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
