Qualifications

- Experience with unified communications processes and on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and configure Zoom and telecommunication systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, install, and configure Zoom Phone and analog phone systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot the communications platform and related services.
- Apply technical judgment to resolve issues and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
