Qualifications

• Field Service Coordinator II requires at least 1 year of related experience.
• Experience in telecommunications or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and configures Unified Communications systems (Avaya, call recording, Centrex, Teams).
• Advises campus and hospital departments on telephone, messaging, calendaring, and cloud storage needs.
• Coordinates wiring/fiber installation and schedules changes with UIT and vendors.
• Handles change requests and generates daily work orders for routing and user configurations.
• Troubleshoots telephone systems, voicemail, video/audio conferencing, and conference room resources.
