• Reviews and configures Unified Communications systems (Avaya, Teams, voicemail, CCaaS) to meet needs.
• Advises campus/hospital departments on telephone, messaging, videoconferencing, and calendar services.
• Assesses infrastructure and inventory availability to meet requests.
• Coordinates wiring, provisioning, and scheduling for telecom and conference resources.
• Creates daily work orders for changes in call routing and user configurations; coordinates with vendors.
