Compeer Financial seeks an experienced Enterprise Network and Unified Communications Engineer to guide multi-year technology directions across routes, switching, cloud connectivity, and telephony. You will lead resilience, security, and modernization initiatives for a financial services environment.

The role demands senior technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring of engineers while shaping vendor and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in unified communications or network engineering roles.
• Experience with telephony, UC, contact center, cloud communications, and related enterprise technologies.
• Expert-level knowledge of routing, switching, WAN, security, and vendor delivery.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, patch, upgrade, and maintain telephony, UC, contact center, voice/video, messaging, conferencing, and cloud communications systems.
• Lead complex network transformations, WAN/wireless modernization, and cloud-connectivity programs.
• Create reusable enterprise patterns for secure connectivity, QoS, and observation.
• Resolve high-impact networking issues and drive systemic improvements across infrastructure and vendors.
• Define engineering measures for availability, performance, capacity, and security.
• Serve as trusted advisor, mentor senior engineers, and influence strategic decisions.
