Job summary

BakerRipley’s Workforce Solutions team in Houston seeks an Employment and Human Services Associate to support the RESEA program. You will conduct eligibility and career-focused interviews, help participants build personalized reemployment plans, and ensure program requirements are met while delivering excellent service.

You’ll connect individuals to job search resources, training opportunities, and supportive services, monitor progress, and provide coaching to keep them on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least six months of experience with substitution rules.
• Experience with career management strategies and job search processes.
