Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed per policy.
Experience in career management strategies and job search processes.
Experience in MS Office (1–3 years).
Experience in Case Management (1–3 years).
Experience in Customer Service (1–3 years).
Inbound/Outbound calling experience (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth eligibility and career-focused interviews.
Guide participants through personalized reemployment plans.
Ensure compliance with program requirements and deliver quality customer service.
Connect participants to resources such as job search assistance, training, and supportive services.
